At FEISCARD, we are committed to serving customers worldwide. For regions where direct shipping is unavailable, we manage the parcel forwarding process on your behalf to ensure seamless delivery. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.


1. How Parcel Forwarding Works

  1. Order Placement: Place your order as usual on FEISCARD.
  2. Forwarding Management: FEISCARD ships your order to a trusted parcel forwarding service.
  3. Final Delivery: The forwarding service ships the package to your final destination.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By choosing our forwarding service, you agree to:

  1. Verify Import Legality: Confirm that importing FEISCARD products complies with your country’s laws and regulations. FEISCARD is not responsible for packages restricted or confiscated by customs.
  2. Pay Additional Costs: Cover any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country.
  3. Acknowledge Shipping Risks: Understand that while we ensure the product is delivered to the forwarding service, any issues during the final leg of shipping are beyond FEISCARD’s control.

3. Customs and Import Compliance

FEISCARD ensures that all packages sent to the forwarding service are properly documented and labeled for export. However:

  • Customs clearance, taxes, and duties at the final destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the product meets your country’s import requirements.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • FEISCARD does not accept returns or provide refunds for orders shipped via our parcel forwarding service, except in cases where we are directly at fault (e.g., incorrect product shipped before forwarding).
  • Once the package leaves the forwarding service for the final destination, all sales are considered final.

5. Shipping Times

  • Forwarding services may add additional processing time to your delivery. Estimated shipping times provided at checkout include only the time it takes for the package to reach the forwarding service.

6. Risk of Damage or Loss

While FEISCARD ensures safe delivery to the forwarding service, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package after it is handed off. For added protection, we recommend purchasing insurance through the forwarding service.


7. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with FEISCARD, you agree to the terms outlined in this Parcel Forwarding Policy. FEISCARD reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
